Dear Neighbors,

I am pleased to tell you that the northbound IH 35E traffic will be switched from the middle detour to the new concrete lanes later this evening. This should substantially improve the traffic flow through the project and represents an important milestone in the construction schedule. The permanent ramps will now be available with the exception of the entrance ramp north of Ovilla Road. Due to a retaining wall issue, this ramp will require another two weeks of work before it can be opened.
