[ARCHIVED] From the Ellis County Emergency Management Coordinator;

Everyone has been asked to please stay away from all tornado affected areas in Ellis County. Search and rescue is currently being performed in those areas and first responders need to be allowed to assist residents in need. A shelter has been set up and being provided to residents in need at Longbranch Elementary in Midlothian. The address is 6631 FM 1387 in Midlothian. Please report if you have any damage to your home or business. There will be more updates as they come in. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.
