[ARCHIVED] County Rescinds Burn Ban

By order of the Commissioners Court of Ellis County, Texas, in their Special Session held November 4, 2011, be it ordered that:
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, the ban on all burning of any materials including trash, waste or any other outdoor fire, enacted on September 12, 2011, minute order 312.11, has been withdrawn.
