[ARCHIVED] Public Notice of a Replat in the Evans Addition

The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon an application for a replat of Evans Addition, being a 4.161-acre tract of land out of the Robert F Mayfield Survey, Abstract No. 709 and being a replat of Lot 1, Block A, Mounts Addition to include the purchase of additional land. The property is located on Dunkerly Road ± 5,553 feet west of Stevens Road in the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2.
