[ARCHIVED] Public Notice of a Replat in Ensign Estates

The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Ensign Estates Lots 5A & 5B, a replat of Ensign Estates Lot 5, to create an additional lot for residential use. The property contains ± 10.435 acres of land located on the west side of Ensign Road, ± 1,757 feet southwest of the intersection of Ensign Road and Brazier Road, situated in the A. Gonzaba Survey, Abstract Number 381, in the extra-territorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2. A copy of the replat request is shown below.
