[ARCHIVED] Public Notice of Commissioners Court Meeting for Consideration of an Amended Tax Abatement Agreement

The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider an approval of an Amended Tax Abatement Agreement.

Pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act (the “Act”) as found in Chapter 551 of the TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE, the County will consider approval of an amendment a tax abatement agreement at a regularly scheduled meeting at 2:00 p.m. on December 27, 2022. This meeting will be held in the Historic Ellis County Courthouse, Commissioners’ Courtroom (2nd Floor) at 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, Texas.
