ROAD AND BRIDGE PRECINCT 4

Kyle Butler, Commissioner for Precinct 4, is a life long resident of Ellis County. He graduated from Waxahachie High School. Butler was employed by Tyler Refrigeration for 17 years, before beginning his career at Precinct 4 Road and Bridge in 2006. Butler and his wife, Robin have six children and three grandchildren. Kyle was sworn into office as Commissioner for his newly elected first term on January 1, 2015.

Road Closures in Precinct 4

Stephenson Rd. will be shut down due to new bridge construction near Paddock Ridge thru March 26, 2018 weather permitting.
