• Unincorporated Ellis County: Areas not in a City Limits except for the Midlothian ETJ which is handled by Midlothian
• Cities: Alma, Bardwell, Ferris, Garrett, Italy, Milford, Oak Leaf (contact the City First), Palmer, Pecan Hill
