Public Notice of Replat in the Dearen Estates

The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for Dearen Estates Lots 32A & 32B, to create one (1) additional lot. The property contains ± 23.211 acres of land in the R. De La Pena Survey, Abstract No. 3, located on the north side of Gentry Road ± 2,416.5 feet east of the intersection of Gentry Road and FM 1182, Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2. A copy of the replat request is shown below.

The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
