Public Notice of Replat in the Brazier Addition

The Ellis County Commissioners’ Court will consider and act upon a replat application for 419 Brazier Addition, a replat of Ensign Estates Lots 5A & 5B, to create adjust the lot lines. The property contains ± 4.956 acres of land in the Claiborne Garrett Survey, Abstract No. 383, recorded in Cabinet L Slide 77, of the Plat Records of Ellis County Texas, located on the east side of Brazier Road, ± 1,450 feet north of the intersection of Brazier Road and Burnham Square Road, in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Ennis, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 2. A copy of the replat request is shown below.

The replat will be presented before the Commissioners’ Court on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
